MARSH & McLENNAN COMPANIES

Culture

Inclusion, diversity and belonging are at the heart of how we work together

It starts with belonging
The most important thing we can do as an organization is to create a culture where everyone feels welcomed, and that their ideas belong. A sense of belonging is an aspiration that we can all share. To belong at Marsh McLennan means each of us can be ourselves in any role and see our individual contributions in the work we do together. Together, we create a culture of belonging in the ways we show up, big and small, every day.
Moreland Murray, Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer, Marsh McLennan:
"Our value is in how we think. If we all feel like we belong and see ourselves represented, we bring our best thinking to the challenges at hand. Belonging anchors so much of what we have done and everything we will do."
