Our annual event

On March 21, 2023, we will host the Equity = Possibility Black Leaders Symposium, Enabling Resilience in Changing World, in Atlanta, Georgia.  This one-day event will bring together over 100 senior Black executives, C-Suite leaders and business practitioners to discuss their most pressing business challenges and opportunities.

Through expert commentary, case studies and panel discussions, attendees will join conversations about:

  • Realizing success through diversity of leadership
  • Building cyber resilience
  • Diversifying the supply chain
  • Creating resilient, diverse and empathetic organizations
  • Developing innovative and inclusive brands
